General Terms & Conditions
1. General Terms-
1.1) These terms and conditions apply to all treatments, products, and services provided by Velvet Touch Laser Clinic.
1.2) By booking an appointment with Velvet Touch Laser Clinic, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
1.3) Velvet Touch Laser Clinic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review them periodically.
2. Appointments & Bookings-
2.1) Appointments can be made in person, via phone, or through our website.
2.2) Clients must provide accurate personal details when booking an appointment.
2.3) Velvet Touch Laser Clinic requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Consultations-
3.1) All new clients must undergo an initial consultation to assess their suitability for laser hair removal treatments.
3.2) During the consultation, clients must disclose any medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities that may affect the treatment.
3.3) The clinic may refuse treatment if the client is deemed unsuitable for laser hair removal due to medical conditions or other factors.
4. Pricing & Payments-
4.1) All prices for treatments and services are listed on our website and at the clinic. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2) Payment for treatments must be made in full at the time of service.
4.3) Velvet Touch Laser Clinic accepts payments by cash, debit card, and credit card.
4.4) Packages and promotions must be used within the specified time period. Unused sessions from packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. Treatment Results-
5.1) Velvet Touch Laser Clinic aims to achieve the best possible results for each client;however,individual results may vary based on skin type, hair type, and other factors.
5.2) The clinic is not liable for results that do not meet client expectations due to factors beyond its control.
6. Liability-
6.1) Velvet Touch Laser Clinic takes all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of its clients during treatments.
6.2) The clinic is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin conditions, or
complications resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or medications.
6.3) Clients must follow pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions provided by the clinic to avoid adverse effects.
7. Cancellations & No-Shows-
7.1) Clients must notify the clinic at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment.
7.2) Failure to provide sufficient notice or failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost.
7.3)The clinic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen
circumstances.
8. Refund Policy-
8.1) Velvet Touch Laser Clinic does not offer refunds on completed treatments.
8.2) If a client has prepaid for a package and wishes to discontinue treatment, they may receive a pro-rated refund
for unused sessions, minus any discounts applied.
9. Privacy & Data Protection-
9.1) Velvet Touch Laser Clinic complies with all applicable privacy laws and regulations. Client
data is handled confidentially and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
9.2)Personal information collected during consultations and treatments is used solely for treatment purposes and clinic administration.
10. Health & Safety-
10.1) Velvet Touch Laser Clinic follows strict hygiene and safety protocols during all treatments.
10.2) Clients are required to inform the clinic of any changes to their health or medications prior
to each session.
11. Dispute Resolution-
11.1) In the event of a dispute between the client and Velvet Touch Laser Clinic, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mutual negotiation.
11.2) If the issue cannot be resolved amicably, the dispute may be submitted to a competent court in Amsterdam.
12. Governing Law-
12.1) These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
12.2) Any legal disputes will be handled by the courts in Amsterdam
